Dr. Chris Barry

Medical Director
Veterinarian

Email: drbarry@kindredvet.com

Chris’s passion for animals began early in life, but he did not catch the “veterinarian bug” until college. After leaving his hometown of Redlands, California to earn his veterinary degree from Ross University, he decided to settle in Maine. Shortly after he moved to this beautiful state, he found what would become his home since 2015, Kindred Spirits. And the rest is history.

When not at the clinic, Chris enjoys traveling with his wife Asa, walking his Labrador/Red Heeler mix Bailey, or taking naps with his three cats, Rocky, Raccoon, and Black Beard. He also donates his time to the local humane society as a member of their board of directors.
